Under the direction of our Chefs and F&B Director assist in the cleaning and organizing of the Food and Beverage Outlets of Marcus Samuelsson's - Marcus at NoHu Rooftop Restaurant and the Envue Hotel banquet spaces.
Assist the F&B Managers and Restaurant Servers in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, as well as providing guests stellar service at the Celebrity Chef, Marcus Samuelsson's Marcus at NoHu Rooftop Restaurant.
Serve guests at the Marcus At Nohu Rooftop Restaurant in a hospitable manner to ensure positive guest experience.
Assist Director of F&B and F&B Floor Managers in the preparing for banquet and restaurant guests at our hotels and Marcus at Nohu Rooftop Restaurant and ensure a positive guest experience.
Prepare food of consistent quality and assist in kitchen functions for our banquet functions and restaurant
Manage the Restaurant, Bar Outlets and other food and beverage outlets as appropriate in order to achieve customer satisfaction, quality service, compliance with corporate/franchise policies and procedures and federal, state and local regulations while meeting/exceeding financial goals.
Plan and manage the Operations of the Food and Beverage of the Residence Inn and Envue, An Autograph Collection Hotel, including Marcus at Nohu Rooftop Restaurant divisions to achieve customer (guest, associates, corporate and owners) satisfaction and quality service while meeting/exceeding financial goals
Assist the Director of Sales by reaching the agreed upon business travel revenue goals, in particular by soliciting national accounts.
Maintain all building related systems and the building envelop to ensure the safety of hotel guests, associates and vendors. Ensure compliance with company Engineering Assumptions/Culture, preventative maintenance programs and procedures, Standard Operating Procedures, Mission Vision and Values as well as all Building/Fire/Health Department codes. Maintain building complex as energy efficiency as possible constantly looking for ways to save energy.
Serve guests in hospitable manner at Marcus Samuelsson's Marcus at Nohu Rooftop Restaurant to ensure positive guest experience.
Conduct day to day operation of the Human Resources department which includes: Greeting internal and external guests to the Human Resources department, brand training to inclue new hire orientation, administer company benefits programs, answering questions and troubleshooting problems.
To ensure Housekeeping Department cleans and maintains guest rooms and public space in accordance with client/guest expectations and HEI Standards of Product and Service.
Maintain the building to ensure safe and clean experience for hotel guests, associates and vendors.
