As the Painter II you will work with the Engineering team to create a professional looking rooms and hallways, repairing nicks and marks to ensure that the Resort looks its best at all times.

The IT Services Manager is responsible for the proper functioning of systems at the hotel. This includes the installation and maintenance of the systems, as well as providing on-site and on-call support to each property’s Associates.

You will serve our guests in hospitable manner to ensure positive guest experience during arrival and departure. You are the first contact when our guests arrive and the last person to bid them a warm farewell.

Oversees the Front Office/Guest Services Department. This position acts as a liaison to outsource the Front Office Management and all aspect of Front Office Operations to ensure profitability, cost controls, and quality standards to ensure total guest satisfaction. Provides leadership and guidance to all Front of House team members to ensure consistent quality service is provided to our guests.

The Rooms Manager-in-Training Program is a fast track career development opportunity for recent college graduates. The Rooms MIT will spend 6 months immersing themselves in both the Front Office and Housekeeping departments. The objective of this program is to provide you with a foundation that will prepare you for a long-term career with HEI Hotels and Resorts.

The HEI Externship Program is a 10 – 15 week fast track development opportunity for culinary students to expand their knowledge in the hospitality industry. The Extern will spend their program immersing themselves into the culinary discipline by shadowing critical leaders, attending operational meetings and working alongside the associates and leadership team that ensure the day-to-day success of the department. The objective of this program is to provide you with a foundation that will prepare you for a long-term career within the hospitality and culinary industry.
