Chateau Elan Winery is seeking a dynamic, experienced mixologist/bartender to join the team at Marc Bar, featuring signature cocktails and world class Chateau Elan Wines.
This individual will welcome and register Spa guests, explain accommodations and confirm method of payment. Check guests out of the Spa, prepares and explains the bill. Respond to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction. This position does require an applicant with a flexible schedule, and able to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
Ensure the arrival, departure, and any other guest contact experiences are conducted in an efficient and friendly manner.
This individual will meet and greet guests with a friendly and professional image, issue robe and slippers to guests, and provide Spa tours. During slower periods the Robe and Key attendant will be responsible for upkeep of locker rooms, stocking of supplies/towels, selling wine, and presenting general resort information to guests.
Ensure guest service standards of the guest arrival, departure, and any other guest contact experience are met through optimal training, staffing, and supervision of labor, efficient management of operating supplies, and proactive monitoring of guest service scores and comments.
Provide management of The Spa, effectively scheduling and implementing the spa's resources to support consistent compliance with spa industry guidelines and hotel policies, and quality guest service while maximizing departmental profits.
Perform protective, preventative, safety and security related enforcement functions touring hotel complex to ensure the safety and well- being of all hotel guests, associates and vendors. Implements and monitors all related SOP's, Mission Vision and Values in a courteous and restrained manner in coping with emergencies, undesired conduct, disturbances and threats.
The host or hostess is the critical first impression of the restaurant, and therefore is empowered to create memorable guest experiences.

Plan and manage the Restaurant, Room Service and other food and beverage outlets as appropriate in order to achieve customer satisfaction, quality service, compliance with corporate/franchise policies and procedures and federal, state and local regulations while meeting/exceeding financial goals.

Chateau Elan is the perfect venue for a Sous Chef who is passionate about creating exquisite dining experiences for our guests. This individual will help plan and manage Marc's kitchen staff in the procurement, production, preparation and presentation of all food for the hotel in a safe, sanitary work environment which conforms to all standards and regulations and achieves profitable, competitive, quality products.
Maintain the building to ensure safe and clean experience for hotel guests, associates and vendors. Provide Housekeeping Team direction and support.
To service all customers to Château Élan Hotels & Resorts standards and to provide high quality massage services and body treatments per Spa directives.
Provide guests with nail treatments as advertised by the spa and excellent guest service to support the property as well as the brand positioning.
