Plan and manage the kitchen staff in the procurement, production, preparation and presentation of all Banquet food for the hotel in a safe, sanitary work environment which conforms to all standards and regulations and achieves profitable, competitive, quality products.

Assist with Hotel Crescent Court social media channels by assisting with creating content, scheduling posts, enhancing our community management and researching audience preferences and current trends. Create reports for reviews and feedback from customers on social, while also providing social media metrics each month. Work cross-functionally with Sales, Food and Beverage, and other teams to complete day-to-day tasks such as menu and flyer creations, printing, website management and more.
