Assist the Hotel Departments and guests in their shipping and receiving needs. Responsible for the receipt, verification and processing of all goods received by the hotel.

Maintain the hotel rooms and building to ensure safe and clean experience for hotel guests, associates and vendors. 

Prepare food of consistent quality and assist in kitchen functions.

Provide guests with treatments as advertised by the spa and excellent guest service to support the property as well as the brand positioning.

Plan and manage the Human Resources and Operations of the Food and Beverage divisions to achieve customer (guest, associates, corporate and owners) satisfaction and quality service while meeting/exceeding financial goals

Assist the Outlet Manager and Restaurant Servers in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, as well as providing guests stellar service.

Provide guests with a fully-stocked and well-maintained mini-bar on a consistent basis throughout their stay.
