Plan and manage the Restaurant, Room Service and other food and beverage outlets as appropriate in order to achieve customer satisfaction, quality service, compliance with corporate/franchise policies and procedures and federal, state and local regulations while meeting/exceeding financial goals.
The position of Private Dining Sales Manager requires strong networking with high profile clientele and the ability to deliver social culture & events that generate top line revenues while developing cross marketing opportunities for Hotel Republic. The person for this role will develop strategic relationships by leveraging local networks to bring new business to Hotel Republic reflective of who we are as a Hotel.
The Private Dining Sales Manager will have positive relationships within the community in order to enhance our reputation within the market and increase engagement on our social media platform.
Perform protective, preventative, safety and security related enforcement functions touring hotel complex to ensure the safety and well being of all hotel guests, associates and vendors. Implements and monitors all related SOP’s, Mission Vision and Values in a courteous and restrained manner in coping with emergencies, undesired conduct, disturbances and threats.
