Plan and manage the kitchen staff in the procurement, production, preparation and presentation of all food for MARCUS SAMUELLSON'S Marcus at NoHu Rooftop Restaurant and Envue and Residence Inn Hotels in a safe, sanitary work environment which conforms to all standards and regulations and achieves profitable, competitive, quality products. Oversee the quality and delivery of all breakfast food for the Residence Inn Hotel.
Assist the F&B Managers and Restaurant Servers in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, as well as providing guests stellar service at the Celebrity Chef, Marcus Samuelsson's Marcus at NoHu Rooftop Restaurant.
