Plan and manage the Restaurant, Room Service and other food and beverage outlets as appropriate in order to achieve customer satisfaction, quality service, compliance with corporate/franchise policies and procedures and federal, state and local regulations while meeting/exceeding financial goals.

Cook1will assist the ExecutiveSous Chef/Sous Chef/ Cook 2in production and preparation of food products for the ala carte,cafeteria, banquet and catering dining as assigned. Must be flexible to workall shifts including weekends and holidays as per business levels.
BASIC FUNCTION: The server is responsible for providing prompt and courteous service to the guest. They must follow all service standards and procedures of the restaurant to maintain a positive guest experience.
Responsible for strengthening our lifeguard team through the delivery of superior service and safety. This person will be expected to enhance the waterpark experience for both guests and employees through their personal drive, safety oriented behaviors, and commitment to creating a positive working environment. Guests can feel safe and enjoy a worry free adventure at our waterparks under the Supervisor's direction.
Manage catering accounts to achieve guest satisfaction and to solicit past and new business to ensure all revenue goals are achieved or exceeded. Responsible for soliciting new catering sales accounts, entertaining, and maintaining relationships with existing accounts to meet and exceed revenue goals in food, beverage and room rental segments.
Plan and manage the kitchen staff in the procurement, production, preparation and presentation of all food for the hotel in a safe, sanitary work environment which conforms to all standards and regulations and achieves profitable, competitive, quality products.
Manage the Gift Shop to provide guests and associates a pleasant experience.
Responsible for the safe and efficient management of aquatic operations and programs,
maintenance and upkeep of the swimming pool facility, and supervision of Lifeguards, Waterpark Attendants
and Supervisors. Manages day to day operation of the waterpark when assigned as the Aquatics MOD. Follows
and enforces established park and Associate rules, regulations and procedures.
The Recruiting Manager is responsible for ensuring efficient administration and management of the talent acquisition function to ensure all vacancies are filled timely with top talent. This position works closely with hiring managers and recommends candidates for further consideration for specific positions. A key focus of this position is to share the HEI culture and develop relationships with candidates. The Recruiting Manager will be responsible for networking in the local market and establishing relationships on the hotel’s behalf. The position will focus on building an extensive network of candidates for key positions as well as identified strategies for need areas.
Supervise the night audit operations to ensure the maintenance of financial controls and compliance with hotel standards. Coordinate with other departments (i.e. security, engineering) to ensure quality service is provided to all guests.
