Assist the Front Office Manager and Director of Front Office in managing the Front Office operations to achieve customer satisfaction, quality service and compliance with corporate/franchise policies and procedures while meeting/exceeding financial goals. Ensure that the arrival, departure, and all other guest contact are conducted in an efficient and friendly manner.
Supervise the night audit operations to ensure the maintenance of financial controls and compliance with hotel standards. Coordinate with other departments (i.e. security, engineering) to ensure quality service is provided to all guests.

and Supervisors. Manages day to day operation of the waterpark when assigned as the Aquatics MOD. Follows
and enforces established park and Associate rules, regulations and procedures.
The Staff Accountant will support multiple functions of the Accounting operation inclusive of, but not limited to, Accounts Receivables, Payables, and Income Audit. This role will also support balance sheet reconciliations and policing of Standard Operating Procedures.

The Arcade Attendant is responsible for providing impeccablecustomer service to each and every guest. The attendant will also utilize cash registers, be able to answer questions regarding the arcade area, the cleanliness of the arcade area, etc.

The Sales Agent position will cash guests out at allretail stores throughout the resort/waterpark. Restocking and maintain an appropriate inventory of products. This task is to be handled in a friendly, courteous, helpful, timely and professional manner resulting in a very high level of guest satisfaction.
Bell persons are responsible for the transportation of guests and assisting with all Bell Desk functions. Bell person will meetand greet all guests in a friendly and professional manner and will respond to all guest questions or problems in a timely manner.
The Guest Services Agents will be responsible to cover duties of Front Desk Agent, Concierge and PBX Operator. They are to provide friendly and efficient registration, and accurate resort information to guests, fellow employees and visitors.
Responsible for the deep cleaning, floor care and carpet shampoo of all guest rooms and guest house hallways, public space, meeting rooms, back of the house hallways, stairways, restaurant, offices, pre-function areas, public and employee restrooms/locker rooms.
To supervise, direct, assist and assure the completion of housekeeping tasks assigned to Room Attendants and House Attendants in guest rooms and corridors to maintain high standards of cleanliness and exceptional guest experience. TheHouse Attendant is responsible to ensure that standards of cleanliness in assigned areas are achieved and maintained on a consistent basis to provide the highest level of guest satisfaction in cleanliness and service, within the established time limitations.
The Steward will clean, transport and store all china, glassware, silverware, cooking tools(pots, pans, bakery sheets etc.) for the Hotel outlets, catered functions and kitchen. Stewards maintain cleanliness in the kitchen areas,back and all seasonal outdoor F&B Venues.
