Chateau Elan is the perfect venue for a Sous Chef who is passionate about creating exquisite dining experiences for our guests. This individual will plan and manage Versailles Restaurant kitchen staff in the procurement, production, preparation and presentation of all food for the hotel in a safe, sanitary work environment which conforms to all standards and regulations and achieves profitable, competitive, quality products.
Ensure guest service standards of the guest arrival, departure, and any other guest contact experience are met through optimal training, staffing, and supervision of labor, efficient management of operating supplies, and proactive monitoring of guest service scores and comments.
Create the desired conference and meet clients' needs through active communication, planning, and team leadership.
Plan and manage the Restaurant, Room Service and other food and beverage outlets as appropriate in order to achieve customer satisfaction, quality service, compliance with corporate/franchise policies and procedures and federal, state and local regulations while meeting/exceeding financial goals.
To service all customers to Château Élan Hotels & Resorts standards and to provide high quality massage services and body treatments per Spa directives.
Ensure compliance with company Engineering Assumptions/Culture, preventative maintenance programs and procedures, Standard Operating Procedures, Mission Vision and Values as well as all Building/Fire/Health Department codes. Maintain building complex as energy efficiency as possible constantly looking for ways to save energy.
Provide guests with nail treatments as advertised by the spa and excellent guest service to support the property as well as the brand positioning.
Prepare food of consistent quality and assist in kitchen functions.
