Maintain the hotel rooms and building to ensure safe and clean experience for hotel guests, associates and vendors. 

Assist the Hotel Departments and guests in their shipping and receiving needs. Responsible for the receipt, verification and processing of all goods received by the hotel. 

You work closely with the Servers to make sure that a sparkling table is set and ready when our guests are seated. Quickly and efficiently turning the table to reset is vital. Your eye for detail will ensure that cleanliness is outstanding and our guests feel at home. 

As the Food Runner, your job is to ensure that plates are delivered hot and fresh from the kitchen. Keeping guest orders straight and and creating that WOW when a beautiful plate is gently placed in front of a hungry guest. While as the Buffet Attendant, you will ensure the buffet is always stocked and the area cleaned.

Assist the Outlet Manager and Restaurant Servers in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, as well as providing guests stellar service.

Direct, monitor and assist in all hotel security and safety related programs. The Manager, Hotel Sales optimizes group rooms, banquet and catering revenues through the monitoring of group and banquet/catering pricing through utilization of HEI and brand tools and resources. Provides pricing and guidance recommendations to designated HEI Regional team members. Analyzes Sales System and HEI sales, catering and revenue management reports to identify trends and future demand opportunities.

Perform the night audit operations to ensure the maintenance of financial controls, and compliance with hotel standards. Coordinate with other departments (i.e. Security, Housekeeping) to ensure quality service is provided to all guests.

Serve guests in a hospitable manner to ensure positive guest experience.

Assist the Outlet Manager in the planning and management of the Restaurant, Room Service and other food and beverage outlets as appropriate in order to achieve customer satisfaction, quality service, compliance with corporate/franchise policies and procedures and federal, state and local regulations while meeting/exceeding financial goals.  This position will be scheduled primarily in the evening and weekends.

Create the desired conference and meet clients' needs through active communication, planning, and team leadership. This role is being hired at $75,000 per year.
