The annualized salary range for this position is $140,000 to $160,000; compensation will vary based on experience and qualifications.

The Spa Supervisor’s overall responsibility is supporting the spa director in the daily operation of the spa, providing premier quality service to spa guests and attaining the highest financial potential and guest service satisfaction (GSS).

Supervise spa therapists/technicians and ensure the highest level of guest service quality in treatment delivery. Provide services, as appropriate and qualified (i.e., body treatments, skin care and/or massage treatments), ensure staffing levels are optimal to control labor, maximize revenue opportunity and fill in for staff as needed. Ensure all spa equipment is maintained. Ensure all professional products are properly inventoried and ordered. Recommend new treatments and spa services, and assist in their implementation. Must have excellent communications, problem solving skills, and maintain a high level of customer service standards. Scheduling dependability and flexibility is a must.
Ensure that the cleanliness standards of the guestrooms, meeting areas, public areas, and back-of-the-house are met through the optimal training, staffing, and supervision of labor, efficient management of operating supplies, and proactive monitoring of guest service scores and comments.

Ensure compliance with company Engineering Assumptions/Culture, preventative maintenance programs and procedures, Standard Operating Procedures, Mission Vision and Values as well as all Building/Fire/Health Department codes. Maintain building complex as energy efficiency as possible constantly looking for ways to save energy. The annual salary range for this position is $56,000 to 75,000.
