Back of House Operations Manager - Housekeeping/Engineering
Ensure adherence to cleanliness standards in guestrooms and heart-of-the-house areas through effective training, staffing, and supervision. Manage operating supplies efficiently and monitor guest service to uphold guest satisfaction. Oversee preventive maintenance, life safety systems, and utility monitoring while ensuring compliance withstandards and regulations. Act as the liaison between Housekeeping, Engineering and Front Office.

Pay Range: $65,000 - $70,000 / annually
Schedule: Flexible schedule, some weekends, evenings, and holidays may be required
