The Spa Supervisor’s overall responsibility is supporting the spa director in the daily operation of the Heavenly spa by Westin, providing premier quality service to spa guests and attaining the highest financial potential and guest service satisfaction (GSS).
The supervisor is an organized multi-tasker and effective time manager. He or she coordinates activities and schedules of spa service providers, front desk concierges as well as spa attendants, while also balancing the responsibility of working regular shifts as part of the spa front desk team. The supervisor will interact with guests daily, resolve guest and associate concerns, and help drive revenue through their own performance, serving as an example for the team. The supervisor assists the director with special projects as needed and assists in coaching and tracking team members’ retail and service upsell performance.

The Housekeeping Coordinator is responsible for the organization and supervision of the housekeeping staff in a hotel. He or she ensures that all rooms are clean and tidy, and that all guests are satisfied with the level of service. The Housekeeping Coordinator also develops and implements cleaning schedules, and trains and supervises new housekeeping staff. He or she works closely with the hotel’s management team to ensure that the hotel’s high standards of cleanliness are met.
