We are looking for a Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at the Westin Cleveland Downtown!  As our Front Desk Supervisor, you will assist the Front Office Manager in managing the Front Office operations to achieve customer satisfaction, quality service and compliance with corporate/franchise policies and procedures while meeting/exceeding financial goals. Ensure that the arrival, departure, and any other guest contact experience are conducted in an efficient and friendly manner. 

Assist and lead the Stewarding Team, Restaurant Outlets, and Director of Food and Beverage in the cleaning and organizing of the Food and Beverage Outlets.

You are the first impression our Guests will have of our Azul Restaurant. The smile in your eyes behind your mask will make the Guests feel welcome and at home immediately. You impeccable service will begin their dining experience to the level of the Westin La Paloma Resort & Spa. 

You work closely with the Servers to make sure that a sparkling table is set and ready when our guests are seated. Quickly and efficiently turning the table to reset is vital. Your eye for detail will ensure that cleanliness is outstanding and our guests feel at home. 

As a pool server you will deliver exceptional service while assisting our guests with food and beverages from our Sabinos Pool Bar and Grill. 

Plan and manage the kitchen staff in the procurement, production, preparation and presentation of all Banquet food for the hotel in a safe, sanitary work environment which conforms to all standards and regulations and achieves profitable, competitive, quality products.

Manage catering accounts to achieve guest satisfaction and to solicit past and new business to ensure all revenue goals are achieved or exceeded.  Responsible for soliciting new catering sales accounts, entertaining, and maintaining relationships with existing accounts to meet and exceed revenue goals in food, beverage and room rental segments.

Assist Controller in directing the financial activities of the hotel, safeguarding the assets, and preparing all financial reports in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and HEI Hotels and Resorts Standards. 

Assist the Outlet Manager in the planning and management of the Restaurant, Room Service and other food and beverage outlets as appropriate in order to achieve customer satisfaction, quality service, compliance with corporate/franchise policies and procedures and federal, state and local regulations while meeting/exceeding financial goals.

Assist guests with arrival and departure from hotel, while providing positive guests experiences.

Assist the Front Office Manager in managing the Front Office operations to achieve customer satisfaction, quality service and compliance with corporate/franchise policies and procedures while meeting/exceeding financial goals. Ensure that the arrival, departure, and any other guest contact experience are conducted in an efficient and friendly manner. 

Assist Banquet Manager in the serving of guests during banquet functions to ensure positive guest experience.

Optimize the hotel's Room and Catering revenue by working closely with the General Manager, Director of Sales and Front Office Manager to implement strategies. Monitor all distribution channels to ensure effective selling through inventory management, market mix and pricing. Communicates demand patterns to revenue team and assists with forecasting. Helps set strategies leading to increased market share.

The Sales Lead Executive is responsible for being the first responder in any system generated leads. The position will receive, qualify, and respond to leads and communicate booking information to the property sales contact.
