We are currently seeking a dynamic, hands on, team player to join our Luxury Food and Beverage Team as the Director of Food and Beverage at the Brown Palace to directly run our wide array of food and beverage outlets. This leadership role will be responsible for planning and managing the operations of the Food and Beverage divisions to achieve customer satisfaction and quality service while meeting/exceeding financial goals.   Application Deadline: 10/4/2024 Pay Rate: $120,000 - $125,000 annual base salary

The Executive Meeting Manager brings to bear their organizational and detailing skills to identify and implement profitable execution of all groups. Ensure that each group that the manager is responsible for meets or exceeds their revenue expectations based on their contracts. Ensure guest service standards of the guest arrival, departure, and any other guest contact experience are met through optimal training, staffing, and supervision of labor, efficient management of operating supplies, and proactive monitoring of guest service scores and comments.

Perform the night audit operations to ensure the maintenance of financial controls, and compliance with hotel standards. Coordinate with other departments (i.e. Security, Housekeeping) to ensure quality service is provided to all guests.

To ensure Housekeeping Department cleans and maintains guest rooms and public space in accordance with client/guest expectations and HEI Standards of Product and Service.

This position will be responsible for the sales, planning, organization, communication and overall execution of Weddings, Social Events, as well as any other event that is sold or assigned.  Supervise the daily operations of the Catering area to achieve customer satisfaction, quality service and compliance with local and corporate standard operating procedures. Position is responsible for the daily operations of the Catering area. Recommend procedural changes. May be involved in the budgeting process and monitoring of daily revenues and payroll expenses.
