Responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategy for the hotel including digital marketing planning and execution, brand campaigns and deployment of strategies and tactics across the hotel's social media, digital and creative design functions. The Director of Marketing willl be required to leverage key internal partners including the Corporate eCommerce and Marketing Team, as well as brand partners; vendor partnerships and internal stakeholders within brand, sales and revenue management at HEI. This position is responsible for being the recognized expert in developing annual marketing plans for the hotel.
Assist with the planning and managing of the kitchen as appropriate in order to achieve customer satisfaction, quality service, compliance with corporate/franchise policies and procedures and federal, state and local regulations while meeting/exceeding financial goals.
Support General Manager in managing all aspects of the Rooms Department including Front Office, Guest Services, Housekeeping, and Laundry in order to achieve the guest satisfaction, operating and financial goals of the owner.
Manage the day to day operations of the restaurant and room service for breakfast, lunch and dinner periods as directed by the Outlets Manager. Direct the day to day operations of the bar operations.
Salary = $53,500/Annual This is a hourly manager's position based on 45 hours/week.
Oversee the efficient operation of the Reservations Department in selling and inputting of guest room blocks to accommodate guest needs and maximize revenue.
Oversees the Front Office/Guest Services Department. This position acts as a liaison to outsource the Front Office Management and all aspect of Front Office Operations to ensure profitability, cost controls, and quality standards to ensure total guest satisfaction. Provides leadership and guidance to all Front of House team members to ensure consistent quality service is provided to our guests.
Assist Banquet Manager in the serving of guests during banquet functions to ensure positive guest experience.

Ensure that the arrival, departure, and any other guest contact experience are conducted in an efficient and friendly manner.
Assist the General Manager and Executive Committee in the administrative functions required for effective management of the hotel.

Centralized Reservation’s primary responsibility is to provide support to assigned hotels with group builds and set up, input of rooming lists as well other miscellaneous transient needs that might vary by hotel. These tasks range from setting up new rates in brand systems/PMS, auditing rates in OTAs, hotel closure relocation needs and any potentially time consuming take repetitive task. The role also assists with commission processing and support to cover for Revenue Leaders in their absence. The reservations team is also trained to assist with implementation of base strategies and run all revenue management related reports.
The host or hostess is the critical first impression of the restaurant, and therefore is empowered to create memorable guest experiences.
