The Counter Person/Attendant is responsible for performing a variety of duties within their assigned food and beverage areas. These duties include executing customer transactions, preparing food and beverage items, expo food behind the line in the kitchen, cleaning both before and after closing, stocking food and merchandise as needed, completing daily inventories, and performing all other responsibilities as directed. The attendant is required to open and close the assigned areas while following opening/closing procedures. This role also requires the ability to use a point-of-sale computer system to complete guest transactions and assisting guests with kiosk ordering.

Responsible for soliciting new group sales accounts, entertaining, and maintaining relationships with existing accounts to meet and exceed revenue goals in rooms, food, beverage, and room rental.
Perform the night audit operations to ensure the maintenance of financial controls, and compliance with hotel standards. Coordinate with other departments (i.e. Security, Housekeeping) to ensure quality service is provided to all guests.
$200 sign-on bonus plus $200 90-day retention bonus!
This position will work primarily PM shifts to support the culinary team in cleanliness and operating the dish cleaning machine for food and beverage outlets. Both AM and PM shifts available.
