The Centralized Revenue Manager’s primary responsibility is to optimize room and catering revenue through the development and implementation of effective inventory management and pricing strategies of assigned hotels. Monitors all distribution channels to ensure effective selling. Analyzes reports to understand future demand forecast and past trends. Translates the information to set strategies leading to increased market share. Hotel assignments can vary between 2-5 at one time depending on complexity and size. This position might require some travel up to five days a month.
Please Note: We are looking for someone based on the West Coast and Hyatt Brand experience preferred.

HEI is searching for an individual to assist in the development of programs and training aimed at increasing the effectiveness of the different disciplines within our organization. This would include helping to create and manage the implementation of large-scale projects, such as re-designing our onboarding process so that associates can have a similar experience across all 100 of our hotels.
On top of being involved in exciting project management opportunities, this position will help craft exclusive training, supporting materials and operating procedures for all aspects of our organization. Since it is a core belief of HEI to provide our associates with the resources they need to be successful, working within this role will grant the individual knowledge on a wide variety of different subjects.
Finally, to round out their involvement with training here at HEI, the Training & Operations Development Manager will have a significant administrative role within our organization’s Learning Management System (LMS).
