The Marketing Manager is responsible for internal and external design for all digital and print projects. Engages with Marketing/eCommerce team, corporate, regional and hotel stakeholders to capture business requirements. Be the on property expert of all Brand and Marketing strategies.

Assist the Front Office Manager in managing the Front Office operations to achieve customer satisfaction, quality service and compliance with corporate/franchise policies and procedures while meeting/exceeding financial goals. Ensure that the arrival, departure, and any other guest contact experience are conducted in an efficient and friendly manner.
Assist Director of Finance in directing the financial activities of the hotel, safeguarding the assets, and preparing all financial reports in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and HEI Hotels and Resorts Standards.
Provide guests with treatments as advertised by the spa and excellent guest service to support the property as well as the brand positioning.

Plan and manage the kitchen staff in the procurement, production, preparation and presentation of all food for the hotel in a safe, sanitary work environment which conforms to all standards and regulations and achieves profitable, competitive, quality products.
Customer facing adventure activity guide that will be assisting groups or individuals with activities such as sporting clays, archery, fishing, atv rides and many more. Outfitter will be responsible for sporting clays course maintenance, event clean up, trapping, and must be flexible for day-to-day responsibilities.
Serve guests in hospitable manner to ensure positive guest experience.
Champion the Housekeeping Department’s responsibilities related to the inventory process by working closely with the Director and Assistant Director of Housekeeping to maximize operational efficiency and to ensure the protection of hotel assets.
