Maintain all building related systems and the building envelop to ensure the safety of hotel guests, associates and vendors. Ensure compliance with company Engineering Assumptions/Culture, preventative maintenance programs and procedures, Standard Operating Procedures, Mission Vision and Values as well as all Building/Fire/Health Department codes. Maintain building complex as energy efficiency as possible constantly looking for ways to save energy.
The Counter Person/Attendant is responsible for performing a variety of duties within their assigned food and beverage areas. These duties include executing customer transactions, preparing food and beverage items, expo food behind the line in the kitchen, cleaning both before and after closing, stocking food and merchandise as needed, completing daily inventories, and performing all other responsibilities as directed. The attendant is required to open and close the assigned areas while following opening/closing procedures. This role also requires the ability to use a point-of-sale computer system to complete guest transactions and assisting guests with kiosk ordering.

Perform the night audit operations to ensure the maintenance of financial controls, and compliance with hotel standards. Coordinate with other departments (i.e. Security, Housekeeping) to ensure quality service is provided to all guests. Min/Max Rate $18/hr
Supervise the daily operations of the Banquet area to achieve customer satisfaction, quality service and compliance with local and corporate standard operating procedures. Banquet Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the Banquet area. May be involved in the budgeting process and monitoring of daily revenues and payroll expenses.
Assist the Outlet Manager and Restaurant Servers in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, as well as providing guests stellar service.
Serve guests in a hospitable manner to ensure positive guest experience.
Manage the day to day operations of the restaurant and room service for breakfast, lunch and dinner periods as directed by the Outlets Manager. Direct the day to day operations of the bar operations.

Responsible for the preventative maintenance and repair of the hotel's mechanical/electrical systems and equipment, and for the general maintenance and upkeep of the physical plant, FFandE, grounds, swimming pool, etc. as defined by HEI Hotels and Resorts and brand standards.
