Manage all in bound new group LEAD flow for selected Centralized Hotels. Responsible for achieving or exceeding LEAD closure goals, transactional goals and requested activities, as set by the Corporate Director of Sales (Centralized). Accountable to follow up efficiently to close business, and maintaining relationships to meet and exceed revenue goals in rooms, food, beverage, room rental and any other relevant fees. The ability to review, evaluate and execute all opportunities in partnership with the Centralized revenue team and in conjunction with the Rapid Response Lead Team. Prepare food of consistent quality and assist in kitchen functions.
To ensure Housekeeping Department cleans and maintains guest rooms and public space in accordance with client/guest expectations and HEI Standards of Product and Service.
Ensure guest service standards of the guest arrival, departure, and any other guest contact experience are met through optimal training, staffing, and supervision of labor, efficient management of operating supplies, and proactive monitoring of guest service scores and comments.
Supervise the implementation of all property and equipment preventive maintenance and repairs, monitor life safety systems and utilities and administer the department in compliance with all corporate/franchise standards and local, state and national codes and regulations to protect assets, guests and associates. Effectively manage engineering related capital projects. Responsible for the preventative maintenance and repair of the hotel's mechanical/electrical systems and equipment, and for the general maintenance and upkeep of the physical plant, FFandE, grounds, swimming pool, etc. as defined by HEI Hotels and Resorts and brand standards.
Assist the Outlet Manager in the planning and management of the Restaurant, Room Service and other food and beverage outlets as appropriate in order to achieve customer satisfaction, quality service, compliance with corporate/franchise policies and procedures and federal, state and local regulations while meeting/exceeding financial goals.
Manage accounts to achieve guest satisfaction and to solicit past and new business to ensure all revenue goals are achieved or exceeded. Responsible for soliciting new group sales accounts, entertaining, and maintaining relationships with existing accounts to meet and exceed revenue goals in rooms, food, beverage, and room rental.
Plan and manage the Restaurant, Room Service and other food and beverage outlets as appropriate in order to achieve customer satisfaction, quality service, compliance with corporate/franchise policies and procedures and federal, state and local regulations while meeting/exceeding financial goals.
Assist guests with arrival and departure from hotel, while providing positive guests experiences.
Assist Supervisor/Manager and Restaurant Outlets in the cleaning and organizing of the Food and Beverage Outlets.
Assist with guest needs and requests to ensure positive guest experience.
Assist Banquet Manager in the preparing for banquet guests and ensure positive guest experience.
Assist Banquet Manager in the serving of guests during banquet functions to ensure positive guest experience.
Maintain the building to ensure safe and clean experience for hotel guests, associates and vendors.
Lead all operational managers to success on daily, weekly, monthly and annual action plans related to property strategic plan. Act as General Manager in his/her absence when necessary.
Assist the Outlet Manager in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, as well as providing guests stellar service.
