Supervises and directs the financial activities of the hotel, safeguards the assets, and prepares all financial reports in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and HEI Hotels and Resorts Standards.
Conduct day to day operations of the Human Resources and Accounting disciplines which includes: Greeting internal guests to the office, safeguarding the assets, preparing financial reports in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, and assist with recruiting, training, payroll, compliance with statutory requirements, the execution of associate relations activities, answering questions, and troubleshooting problems.
This role starts at $25.00 per hour.
Assist and lead the Stewarding Team, Restaurant Outlets, and Director of Food and Beverage in the cleaning and organizing of the Food and Beverage Outlets.

Manage catering accounts to achieve guest satisfaction and to solicit past and new business to ensure all revenue goals are achieved or exceeded. Responsible for soliciting new catering sales accounts, entertaining, and maintaining relationships with existing accounts to meet and exceed revenue goals in food, beverage and room rental segments, event execution management and creating B.E.O.
Support the Front Office in providing superior guest service by fielding all guest issues and requests received by telephone with the goal of addressing and resolving any problems in an efficient and timely manner.

Perform the night audit operations to ensure the maintenance of financial controls, and compliance with hotel standards. Coordinate with other departments (i.e. Security, Housekeeping) to ensure quality service is provided to all guests.

Pay Rate: $18.99 an Hour
