The Sushi cook is responsible in knowing the proper methods of cutting fish, meat and vegetables, properly making sushi rice, How to handle fish and ingredients for sushi preparation, Selecting fresh and superior ingredients, Continually check the quality of raw and cooked products, positively interact with customers, Create an entertaining and special experience for customers, Creating an appealing presentation and garnishes, Designing new types of sushi rolls, Keeping up with the latest trends, Safe Staff Certified and understand all health codes for the state of Florida, Culinary Degree or 3 years’ experience in upscale restaurant. Able to work other stations in the restaurant as scheduled. He/she is also responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, sanitation and safety in the kitchen and work areas while minimizing waste and maximizing cost/production ratio.
Plan and manage the kitchen staff in the procurement, production, preparation and presentation of all food for the hotel in a safe, sanitary work environment which conforms to all standards and regulations and achieves profitable, competitive, quality products.
Assist the Front Office Manager in managing the Front Office operations to achieve customer satisfaction, quality service and compliance with corporate/franchise policies and procedures while meeting/exceeding financial goals. Ensure that the arrival, departure, and any other guest contact experience are conducted in an efficient and friendly manner.

Maintain building complex as energy efficiency as possible constantly looking for ways to save energy.
Assist Stewarding Supervisor and Restaurant Outlets in the cleaning and organizing of the Food and Beverage Outlets.
