The HRIS Analyst is directly responsible for the operation of all of HEI’s human resource systems including but not limited to benefits, compensation, performance, recruitment, talent development and learning systems. The HRIS Analyst is responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining appropriate changes, configuration and processes within the HRIS system. This role will support leveraging technology solutions to meet the needs of human resources and users of various HR systems. This position will provide ongoing technical expertise and consultation on new functionality, system upgrades, configuration and testing efforts, and reporting and analytics. This role will ensure a high level of data and process integrity in the day to day use of HR systems, facilitate end-user training, and provide effective and efficient customer service to internal users.
Assist Banquet Manager in the preparing for the 60,000 square feet of meeting space for our various banquet events.
Assist the Sales Team in the administrative functions required for effective hotel sales and management and also assists Front Office.
Plan and manage the Restaurant, Room Service and other food and beverage outlets as appropriate in order to achieve customer satisfaction, quality service, compliance with corporate/franchise policies and procedures and federal, state and local regulations while meeting/exceeding financial goals.
Assist guests with their needs while in the concierge lounge.
Assist the Director of Sales in the administrative functions required for effective management of the Catering and Sales Department.

Guest Services Manager - OEM assists in managing the Front Office operations to achieve customer satisfaction, quality service and compliance with corporate/franchise policies and procedures while meeting/exceeding financial goals. Ensure that the arrival, departure, and all other guest contact are conducted in an efficient and friendly manner.

Maintain all building related systems and the building envelop to ensure the safety of hotel guests, associates and vendors.
