Under new ownership and management, an independent hotel has undergone a full renovation and repositioning in the Ocean City Market as the leading hotel located on the north side of Ocean City, offering premier dining, sweeping oceanviews and unparalleled service.   Assist the Outlet Manager in the planning and management of the Restaurant, Room Service and other food and beverage outlets as appropriate in order to achieve customer satisfaction, quality service, compliance with corporate/franchise policies and procedures and federal, state and local regulations while meeting/exceeding financial goals.  Hourly rate $20-$22.

Assist guests with arrival and departure from spa, while providing positive guests experiences. Assure cleanliness of Spa Locker Rooms, Relaxation Area, and Pool Area. Make sure there is a sufficient amount of clean towels, robes and sheets.

Maintain the hotel rooms and building to ensure safe and clean experience for hotel guests, associates and vendors. 

Conduct day to day operation of the Human Resources department which includes: Greeting internal and external guests to the Human Resources department, administer company benefits programs, conducting enrollments, answering questions and troubleshooting problems.

Prepare food of consistent quality and assist in kitchen functions.

Assist the Front Office Manager in managing the Front Office operations to achieve customer satisfaction, quality service and compliance with corporate/franchise policies and procedures while meeting/exceeding financial goals. Ensure that the arrival, departure, and any other guest contact experience are conducted in an efficient and friendly manner. 

Responsible for total room, banquet, catering, and room rental revenue, yield strategies, implementation and accountable to a market performance and meeting budget, forecast, and optimal business mix targets. Strategies to include market mix, pricing, status, and direct sales. The development and solicitation of business from all markets to ensure the necessary advance bookings needed for a successful and profitable operation for the hotel.

Assist Banquet Manager in the serving of guests during banquet functions to ensure positive guest experience.

Assist Stewarding Supervisor and Restaurant Outlets in the cleaning and organizing of the Food and Beverage Outlets.

Serve guests in hospitable manner to ensure positive guest experience during arrival and departure.

Assist the Director of Catering in the administrative functions required for effective management of the Catering Department.

Assist in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, as well as providing guests stellar service.

Assist the Purchasing Manager with the acceptance of all purchased products into the hotel. Issue and deliver items to departments in accordance with the requeisiton policies and procedures. 

Administer the activities and programs to guests offered by the Recreation Department with a warm and courteous attitude while maintaining a clean, safe, and fun environment. Pay Rate: $18.99/Hr.
