Assist the Director of Catering in the management, coordination and execution of the Catering and Sales Departments.

Perform the night audit operations to ensure the maintenance of financial controls, and compliance with hotel standards. Coordinate with other departments (i.e. Security, Housekeeping) to ensure quality service is provided to all guests.

Assist Controller in directing the financial activities of the hotel, safeguarding the assets, and preparing all financial reports in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and HEI Hotels and Resorts Standards.  This role begins at $25.75 per hour.

Work with Room Service Team in the serving of guests to ensure positive guest experience.

Provide superior customer service while maintaining a clean and attractive outlet for guests.

Provide guests with treatments as advertised by the spa and excellent guest service to support the property as well as the brand positioning.

Perform protective, preventative, safety and security related enforcement functions touring hotel complex to ensure the safety and well being of all hotel guests, associates and vendors. Implements and monitors all related SOP's, Mission Vision and Values in a courteous and restrained manner in coping with emergencies, undesired conduct, disturbances and threats. 

Manage accounts to achieve guest satisfaction and to solicit past and new business to ensure all revenue goals are achieved or exceeded. Responsible for soliciting new group sales accounts, entertaining, and maintaining relationships with existing accounts to meet and exceed revenue goals in rooms, food, beverage, and room rental. 

Plan and manage the Restaurant, Room Service and other food and beverage outlets as appropriate in order to achieve customer satisfaction, quality service, compliance with corporate/franchise policies and procedures and federal, state and local regulations while meeting/exceeding financial goals.

Prepare food of consistent quality and assist in kitchen functions.

Manage the day to day operations of the restaurant and room service for breakfast, lunch and dinner periods as directed by the Outlets Manager. Direct the day to day operations of the bar operations.

Assist Banquet Manager in the preparing for banquet guests and ensure positive guest experience.  Please provide a resume with (8) years work history.  Position is part-time working various hours including weekends.  Pay $15.00 per hour.

Assist the Outlet Manager and Restaurant Servers in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, as well as providing guests stellar service.

The Human Resources Coordinator conducts day to day operation of the Human Resources department which includes: Greeting internal and external guests to the Human Resources department, administer company benefits programs and assist with associate relations events and recognition. They also handle employee inquiries, maintain confidentiality of records, and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
