The Task Force Food and Beverage Director is responsible for implementing HEI's tools and standard Procedures at Transition Hotel. Also may act as interim Director of Food and Beverage or other Department position as needed. Planning and management of Banquet Operations, Hotel Restaurant, Room Service and other food and beverage outlets as appropriate in order to achieve customer satisfaction, quality service, compliance with corporate/franchise policies and procedures and federal, state and local regulations while meeting/exceeding financial goals.

Compensation Range $18.80- $20.00 DOE

Maintain building complex as energy efficiency as possible constantly looking for ways to save energy.
To ensure Housekeeping Department cleans and maintains guest rooms and public space in accordance with client/guest expectations and HEI Standards of Product and Service.
Supervise the daily operations of the Banquet area to achieve customer satisfaction, quality service and compliance with local and corporate standard operating procedures. Banquet Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the Banquet area. May be involved in the budgeting process and monitoring of daily revenues and payroll expenses.
The Executive Meeting Manager brings to bear their organizational and detailing skills to identify and implement profitable execution of all groups. Ensure that each group that the manager is responsible for meets or exceeds their revenue expectations based on their contracts. Active and positive contribution towards a high performance culture within the Convention Services Department through customer advocacy, sustained revenue achievement, communication and team participation.
Oversees the Front Office/Guest Services Department. This position acts as a liaison to outsource the Front Office Management and all aspect of Front Office Operations to ensure profitability, cost controls, and quality standards to ensure total guest satisfaction. Provides leadership and guidance to all Front of House team members to ensure consistent quality service is provided to our guests.
