Conduct day to day operation of the Human Resources department which includes: Greeting internal and external guests to the Human Resources department, administer company benefits programs, conducting enrollments, answering questions and troubleshooting problems.
Starting Pay Rate: $23.19
Support General Manager in managing the Rooms, Food and Beverage, Financing, Sales and Marketing, and Repairs and Maintenance Departments to achieve the guest satisfaction scores, operating and financial goals of the owner. Act as General Manager in his/her absence when necessary.

Supervise the night audit...
Supervise the daily operations of the Banquet area to achieve customer satisfaction, quality service and compliance with local and corporate standard operating procedures.
Prepare food of consistent quality and assist in kitchen functions.
Greet and assist guests in a curious and respectful manner, most specifically in checking in and checking out their coats and bags. Assure highest quality of service by working in an efficient and conscious manner, as well as maintaining and developing the highest service standards possible
Maintain all building related systems and the building envelop to ensure the safety of hotel guests, associates and vendors. Ensure compliance with company Engineering Assumptions/Culture, preventative maintenance programs and procedures, Standard Operating Procedures, Mission Vision and Values as well as all Building/Fire/Health Department codes. Maintain building complex as energy efficiency as possible constantly looking for ways to save energy. The position will be part-time primarily evenings and weekends. Create the desired conference and meet clients' needs through active communication, planning, and team leadership.
Supervise the implementation of all property and equipment preventive maintenance and repairs, monitor life safety systems and utilities and administer the department in compliance with all corporate/franchise standards and local, state and national codes and regulations to protect assets, guests and associates. Effectively manage engineering related capital projects. Responsible for the preventative maintenance and repair of the hotel's mechanical/electrical systems and equipment, and for the general maintenance and upkeep of the physical plant, FFandE, grounds, swimming pool, etc. as defined by HEI Hotels and Resorts and brand standards.
Assist guests with arrival and departure from hotel, while providing positive guests experiences.
Assist in the cleaning and organizing of the Food and Beverage Outlets.
Plan and manage the Restaurant, Room Service and other food and beverage outlets as appropriate in order to achieve customer satisfaction, quality service, compliance with corporate/franchise policies and procedures and federal, state and local regulations while meeting/exceeding financial goals.
Maintain the hotel rooms and building to ensure safe and clean experience for hotel guests, associates and vendors.
Perform the night audit operations to ensure the maintenance of financial controls, and compliance with hotel standards. Coordinate with other departments (i.e. Security, Housekeeping) to ensure quality service is provided to all guests.
Assist guests with arrival and departure from hotel, while providing positive guests experiences.
Directs and ensures the efficient administration and management of the Human Resources function to include recruiting, training, wage and benefit administration, compliance with statutory requirements and the execution of associate relations activities, in order to provide each department with the personnel, guidance, and support necessary to achieve their guest service and business objectives.
The annualized salary range for this position is $140,000 to $160,000; compensation will vary based on experience and qualifications.
