Saddlebrook is looking for Tennis Professionals to join their International Sports program. We’ve made a name for ourselves as a legendary Tampa Bay tennis resort, equally suited to training professional tennis players, avid tennis enthusiasts and the beginning player seeking Tampa tennis lessons. We trace our tennis roots back to 1986 when the Tampa Tennis Academy was acquired from the legendary tennis coach Harry Hopman. Today’s Harry Hopman Academy at Saddlebrook Resort sets the standard for the best adult and junior tennis experiences in the world.
The breakfast cook is responsible for cooking, preparing, and garnishing all hot food. This person will follow the instructions of the chef to ensure overall guest satisfaction.
Perform scheduled and required tasks of Tennis Court Maintenance programs on a timely basis.
Perform the night audit operations to ensure the maintenance of financial controls, and compliance with hotel standards. Coordinate with other departments (i.e. Security, Housekeeping) to ensure quality service is provided to all guests.
This is a part time position to cover two shifts per week.
Maintain all building related systems and the building envelop to ensure the safety of hotel guests, associates and vendors. Ensure compliance with company Engineering Assumptions/Culture, preventative maintenance programs and procedures, Standard Operating Procedures, Mission Vision and Values as well as all Building/Fire/Health Department codes. Maintain building complex as energy efficiency as possible constantly looking for ways to save energy.
Assist Banquet Manager in the serving of guests during banquet functions to ensure positive guest experience.
Work with Room Service Team in the serving of guests to ensure positive guest experience.
Directs and ensures the efficient administration and management of the Human Resources function to include recruiting, training, wage and benefit administration, compliance with statutory requirements and the execution of associate relations activities, in order to provide each department with the personnel, guidance, and support necessary to achieve their guest service and business objectives.
Responsible for total room, banquet, catering, and room rental revenue, yield strategies, implementation and accountable to a market performance and meeting budget, forecast, and optimal business mix targets. Strategies to include market mix, pricing, status, and direct sales. The development and solicitation of business from all markets to ensure the necessary advance bookings needed for a successful and profitable operation for the hotel.
Maintain the building to ensure safe and clean experience for hotel guests, associates and vendors.
Manage accounts to achieve guest satisfaction and to solicit past and new business to ensure all revenue goals are achieved or exceeded. Responsible for soliciting new group sales accounts, entertaining, and maintaining relationships with existing accounts to meet and exceed revenue goals in rooms, food, beverage, and room rental.

We are also looking for a great attitude, drive, dedication to their craft, and a true willingness to learn. We are looking for a part time, enthusiastic bartender to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. Good bartenders will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers’ needs and expectations. Compensation includes salary and tips.
