We are looking for a part-time Massage Therapist to join our team at The Brown Palace Hotel & Spa, part of the Autograph Collection with Marriott. This part-time position will be scheduled weekends only and will work approximately 4-12 hours per week. As a Massage Theraptist, you will provide guests with treatments as advertised by the spa and excellent guest service to support the property as well as the brand positioning.
The Spa Concierge is responsible for greeting all guests that come into the Spa, checks-in arriving guests, recommends spa treatments, upgrades, and retail items. Provides information to guests and visitor inquiries in person or via telephone. Maintains treatment schedules, lobby reception area, cleanliness and appearance of treatment and amenity areas. Supports the quality of service given to our guests by the Spa providers.
Assist Director of Finance in directing the financial activities of the hotel, safeguarding the assets, and preparing all financial reports in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and HEI Hotels and Resorts Standards.
Perform protective, preventative, safety and security related enforcement functions touring hotel complex to ensure the safety and well being of all hotel guests, associates and vendors. Implements and monitors all related SOP's, Mission Vision and Values in a courteous and restrained manner in coping with emergencies, undesired conduct, disturbances and threats.
Assist the Front Office Manager in managing the Front Office operations to achieve customer satisfaction, quality service and compliance with corporate/franchise policies and procedures while meeting/exceeding financial goals. Ensure that the arrival, departure, and all other guest contact are conducted in an efficient and friendly manner.
Assist Banquet Manager in the serving of guests during banquet functions to ensure positive guest experience.
Lead all operational managers to success on daily, weekly, monthly and annual action plans related to property strategic plan. Act as General Manager in his/her absence when necessary.

Ensure compliance with company Engineering Assumptions/Culture, preventative maintenance programs and procedures, SOP's as well as all Building/Fire/Health Department codes. Maintain building complex as energy efficiently as possible.
