Assist the Outlet Manager in the planning and management of the Restaurant, Room Service and other food and beverage outlets as appropriate in order to achieve customer satisfaction, quality service, compliance with corporate/franchise policies and procedures and federal, state and local regulations while meeting/exceeding financial goals.
As a member of the Central Accounting Office, the Centralized Staff Accountant will work collaboratively with other members of the finance team and will have primary responsibility for preparing monthly financial statements for various operating entities of HEI Hotels & Resorts. The position is accountable for processing Accounts Payable and understanding the procurement system and will assist with processing the Daily Income Journal and provide additional accounting support as needed. In addition, the Centralized Staff Accountant will prepare certain account reconciliations on a monthly basis.
The Centralzied Accounts Payable Clerk will be responsible for recording invoices for services rendered by multiple properties handled by the centralized office in accurate and timely manner; ensuring all invoices have been reviewed, approved and coded in accordance with the uniform system of accounts for lodging industry and HEI Hotels and Resorts Standards.
The Corporate Director of Sales (Centralized) is responsible for maximizing top line revenue opportunities and optimal business mix in Group, Catering and Business Travel for hotels in their Hotels. Acts as the Super DOS for Centralized Properties without a Sales Leader and is responsible for ensuring that HEI’s LEAD program is executed on a daily basis. The role requires the candidate to have a strong working knowledge of Sales systems, allowing a rapid response to LEAD closure. Is accountable to results related to Group LEAD flow.
The Corporate Director of Sales (Centralized) supports the Centralized Sales Team by mentoring, training and developing individuals and teams and holds them accountable to revenue and activity goals in order to support achievement of budget and market share metrics; and works closely with the corporate support group to ensure enterprise level process, policy are complied with and best practices leveraged. The position requires minimal travel (up to 25%) to ensure coordination of property sales efforts/process and results measurement and owner expectations.

The Executive Meeting Manager brings to bear their organizational and detailing skills to identify and implement profitable execution of all groups. Ensure that each group that the manager is responsible for meets or exceeds their revenue expectations based on their contracts. Active and positive contribution towards a high performance culture within the Convention Services Department through customer advocacy, sustained revenue achievement, communication and team participation.
Assist guests with arrival and departure from spa, while providing positive guests experiences. Assure cleanliness of Spa Locker Rooms, Relaxation Area, and Pool Area. Make sure there is a sufficient amount of clean towels, robes and sheets.
Plan and manage the kitchen staff in the procurement, production, preparation and presentation of all food for the hotel in a safe, sanitary work environment which conforms to all standards and regulations and achieves profitable, competitive, quality products.

Maintain building complex as energy efficiency as possible constantly looking for ways to save energy.
