Lead all operational managers to success on daily, weekly, monthly and annual action plans related to property strategic plan. Act as General Manager in his/her absence when necessary.

Perform protective, preventative, safety and security related enforcement functions touring hotel complex to ensure the safety and well being of all hotel guests, associates and vendors. Implements and monitors all related SOP's, Mission Vision and Values in a courteous and restrained manner in coping with emergencies, undesired conduct, disturbances and threats.
Please note, this postion is for a floating schedule for an 8 hour shift occuring between the hours of 11am - 6am for 40 hours/week.

This is a management position that oversees all functions of the overnight shift for the hotel, with a focus on the night audit operation. The Night Manager is the Manager on Duty for all associates who work during the overnight shift, including night audit, bellstaff, valet, stewarding, housekeeping, engineering, and telephone.
The Night Manager is primarily responsible for supervising the night audit operations to ensure the maintenance of financial controls and compliance with hotel standards. Coordinate with other departments (i.e. security, housekeeping) to ensure quality service is provided to all guests.
Responsible for performing all esthetic services (including all facials and waxing services) for guests and members of the Spa. Responsible for communicating and transcribing all information regarding guest medical history, services performed, skin analysis and product recommendations into the Spa Computer System.
