Manage accounts to achieve guest satisfaction and to solicit past and new business to ensure all revenue goals are achieved or exceeded. Responsible for soliciting new group sales accounts, entertaining, and maintaining relationships with existing accounts to meet and exceed revenue goals in rooms, food, beverage, and room rental. 

Plan and manage the Restaurant, Room Service and other food and beverage outlets as appropriate in order to achieve customer satisfaction, quality service, compliance with corporate/franchise policies and procedures and federal, state and local regulations while meeting/exceeding financial goals.

Maintain all building related systems and the building envelop to ensure the safety of hotel guests, associates and vendors. Ensure compliance with company Engineering Assumptions/Culture, preventative maintenance programs and procedures, Standard Operating Procedures, Mission Vision and Values as well as all Building/Fire/Health Department codes. Maintain building complex as energy efficiency as possible constantly looking for ways to save energy. 

Provide guests with treatments as advertised by the spa and excellent guest service to support the property as well as the brand positioning.

Serve guests in a hospitable manner to ensure positive guest experience.

Ensure that the cleanliness standards of the guestrooms, meeting areas, public areas, and back-of-the-house are met through the optimal training, staffing, and supervision of labor, efficient management of operating supplies, and proactive monitoring of guest service scores and comments.    The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $120,000 annualized. This is subject to change based on experience and qualifications. 

We are looking for someone available to work Fridays and Saturdays overnight (11pm to 7am) and Mon/Tue/Wed PM shift (3-11pm). This is a full-time union position with union health benefits.  Perform the night audit operations to ensure the maintenance of financial controls, and compliance with hotel standards. Coordinate with other departments (i.e. Security, Housekeeping) to ensure quality service is provided to all guests.

Assist Banquet Manager in the preparing for banquet guests and ensure positive guest experience.

Assist the Front Office Manager in managing the Front Office operations to achieve customer satisfaction, quality service and compliance with corporate/franchise policies and procedures while meeting/exceeding financial goals. Ensure that the arrival, departure, and any other guest contact experience are conducted in an efficient and friendly manner. $23-$24 Hourly Rate.

Serve guests in a hospitable manner to ensure positive guest experience.

Assist Banquet Manager in the serving of guests during banquet functions to ensure positive guest experience.

Provide superior customer service while maintaining a clean and attractive outlet for guests.
