Plan and manage the kitchen staff in the procurement, production, preparation and presentation of all food for the hotel in a safe, sanitary work environment which conforms to all standards and regulations and achieves profitable, competitive, quality products.
The Accounts Payable Clerk will be responsible for recording invoices for services rendered by multiple properties handled by the centralized office in accurate and timely manner; ensuring all invoices have been reviewed, approved and coded in accordance with the uniform system of accounts for lodging industry and HEI Hotels and Resorts Standards.

Attend to the cleaning process of hotel linens to ensure guests and associates experience a clean hotel.

Assist Banquet Manager in the preparing for banquet guests and ensure positive guest experience.
Perform protective, preventative, safety and security related enforcement functions touring hotel complex to ensure the safety and well being of all hotel guests, associates and vendors. Implements and monitors all related SOP's, Mission Vision and Values in a courteous and restrained manner in coping with emergencies, undesired conduct, disturbances and threats.
Provide superior customer service while maintaining a clean and attractive outlet for guests.
Supervise the night audit operations to ensure the maintenance of financial controls and compliance with hotel standards. Coordinate with other departments (i.e. security, housekeeping) to ensure quality service is provided to all guests.
Maintain all building related systems and the building envelop to ensure the safety of hotel guests, associates and vendors. Ensure compliance with company Engineering Assumptions/Culture, preventative maintenance programs and procedures, Standard Operating Procedures, Mission Vision and Values as well as all Building/Fire/Health Department codes. Maintain building complex as energy efficiency as possible constantly looking for ways to save energy.
Serve guests in a hospitable manner to ensure positive guest experience.
Provide superior customer service while maintaining a clean and attractive outlet for guests.
Pay is $13.65 + $$$ tips

Assist the Outlet Manager and Restaurant Servers in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, as well as providing guests stellar service.

The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the hotel grounds at a level that exceeds guests expectations.
Plan and manage the Restaurant & Bars, Banquets and Catering, all F&B related events as appropriate in order to achieve customer satisfaction, quality service, expense management, purchasing knowledge, compliance with corporate/franchise policies and procedures and federal, state and local regulations while meeting/exceeding financial goals.
