This position facilitates functional programming, facilities design and construction of capital projects utilizing skills to achieve successful project outcomes.  This position is accountable for specific coordination/supervision tasks to help the team build, renovate or modernize existing facilities. Reports directly to the Senior Director. 

The FF&E Project Coordinator supports the Project Manager by tracking and coordinating FF&E purchasing and delivery process.

Supervises and directs the financial activities of the hotel, safeguards the assets, and prepares all financial reports in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and HEI Hotels and Resorts Standards.
