We are seeking a dynamic and highly proactive Business Travel Sales Manager at the Westin Cleveland to drive revenue growth and expand our corporate client base. This role requires a go-getter mentality, relentless prospecting, and a strategic approach to capturing new business. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of business travel sales efforts, anticipating market trends and aggressively securing new accounts to exceed revenue goals.
To ensure Housekeeping Department cleans and maintains guest rooms and public space in accordance with client/guest expectations and HEI Standards of Product and Service.
Assist the Outlet Manager in the planning and management of the Restaurant, Room Service and other food and beverage outlets as appropriate in order to achieve customer satisfaction, quality service, compliance with corporate/franchise policies and procedures and federal, state and local regulations while meeting/exceeding financial goals.

Lead, supervise, and direct the operations and financial activities of the DoubleTree by Hilton Roswell & DoubleTree by Hilton Alpharetta. Safeguard the assets. Help create and implement the culture of HEI Hotels and Resorts on the property level for the associates and guests.
Perform the night audit operations to ensure the maintenance of financial controls, and compliance with hotel standards. Coordinate with other departments (i.e. Security, Housekeeping) to ensure quality service is provided to all guests.

This key leadership position will manage all operational aspects of the club, including facilities, staffing, member services, and ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience for club members and guests. The Director of Operations will work closely with the General Manager and other senior leadership to implement strategies that drive operational efficiency, member satisfaction, and profitability.
Supervise the daily operations of the Banquet area to achieve customer satisfaction, quality service and compliance with local and corporate standard operating procedures. Banquet Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the Banquet area. May be involved in the budgeting process and monitoring of daily revenues and payroll expenses.
This role is being hired at $60,000 per year, applications will be accepted until March 21, 2025.
