This position will serve as the liaison between sales and rooms operations to ensure flawless execution for our guests. With responsibility to support hotel with group builds and set up. Build and monitor group masters, cutoff dates and group cancellations, releasing any unused rooms at the determined time. Process and handle groups/market codes/rooming lists, along with any miscellaneous tasks related to front office and reservations. Communicate both verbally and in writing to provide clear instructions to fulfill guest needs.

Conduct day to day operation of the Human Resources department which includes: Greeting internal and external guests to the Human Resources department, administer company benefits programs, conducting enrollments, answering questions and troubleshooting problems. Some accounting responsibilities included.
Responsible for performing all esthetic services (including all facials and waxing services) for guests and members of the Spa. Responsible for communicating and transcribing all information regarding guest medical history, services performed, skin analysis and product recommendations into the Spa Computer System.

The IT Support Tech will be responsible for handling all help desk-related activities. Will interact with company users on all levels to provide prompt answers and assistance and resolve all hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
Assist the Front Office Manager in managing the Front Office operations to achieve customer satisfaction, quality service and compliance with corporate/franchise policies and procedures while meeting/exceeding financial goals. Ensure that the arrival, departure, and any other guest contact experience are conducted in an efficient and friendly manner.
Manage accounts to achieve guest satisfaction and to solicit past and new business to ensure all revenue goals are achieved or exceeded. Responsible for soliciting new group sales accounts, entertaining, and maintaining relationships with existing accounts to meet and exceed revenue goals in rooms, food, beverage, and room rental.
Assist Banquet Manager in the preparing for banquet guests and ensure positive guest experience.
Prepare food of consistent quality and assist in kitchen functions.
