Assist guests with arrival and departure from hotel, while providing positive guests experiences.
Perform protective, preventative, safety and security related enforcement functions touring hotel complex to ensure the safety and well being of all hotel guests, associates and vendors. Implements and monitors all related SOP's, Mission Vision and Values in a courteous and restrained manner in coping with emergencies, undesired conduct, disturbances and threats.
Assist the Convention Services/Catering Team in the administrative functions required for effective hotel sales and management.

This position will assist the Engineering Department in maintaining the building related systems to ensure the safety and comfort of hotel guests, associates and vendors. This includes preventative maintenance and responding to hotel guest calls. Ensure compliance with company Engineering Assumptions/Culture, preventative maintenance programs and procedures, Standard Operating Procedures, Mission Vision and Values as well as all Building/Fire/Health Department codes. Maintain building complex as energy efficiency as possible constantly looking for ways to save energy.

This overtime pay eligible management position will plan and lead the kitchen staff in the procurement, production, preparation and presentation of all food for the hotel in a safe, sanitary work environment which conforms to all standards and regulations and achieves profitable, competitive, quality products. This is a non-exempt management position scheduled 47.5 hours per week with paid overtime.
