Assist the Outlet Manager in the planning and management of the Restaurant, Room Service and other food and beverage outlets as appropriate in order to achieve customer satisfaction, quality service, compliance with corporate/franchise policies and procedures and federal, state and local regulations while meeting/exceeding financial goals. Hourly rate $20-$22.
Assist guests with arrival and departure from spa, while providing positive guests experiences. Assure cleanliness of Spa Locker Rooms, Relaxation Area, and Pool Area. Make sure there is a sufficient amount of clean towels, robes and sheets.
Room attendants are responsible for cleaning and servicing guest rooms in order to provide a pleasant and comfortable experience for guests. They ensure that all rooms are inviting and clean and they address all guest queries politely and knowledgeably.
- Previous housekeeping experience preffered.
- High School diploma prefered.
- Ability to work with little or no supervision while meetng high performance standards.
- Ability to scrub and scour surfaces, extending arms over head to perform cleaning tasks, and work in confined spaces.
- Must be willing to "pitch-in" and help co-workers with their job duties and be a team player.
- Knowledge of chemical cleaning agents and operation of various cleaning equipment with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to push and/or pull equipment weighing up to 100 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences, such as effectively communicating with supervisors, coworkers, public etc.
The House Attendant is primarily responsible for maintaining clean and attractive guest rooms hallways and public areas in the hotel cleaning furnishings and carpets, replenishing supplies, stocking housekeepers carts. Assists the Housekeepers with stripping of room linen and trash in rooms as well as around the property. Responding to guest’s requests, flexible to multi-task. The House Attendant in this role will be assigned to manage the Laundry Chute responsibilities include emptying linen chutes, stack linen carts and bringing the dirty linen carts to ship for service and bring the clean linen carts to stack the linen closets. Since the hotel never closes, the House Attendant should be willing to work different shifts based on business needs and have physical stamina and strength to work continuously throughout the shift (walking, pushing, pulling wheeled carts weighing up to 100lbs), should be able to lift heavy items and have a professional appearance. The House Attendant should have a thorough knowledge of commercial cleaning operations and be able to undertake work as assigned.
Perform the night audit operations to ensure the maintenance of financial controls, and compliance with hotel standards. Coordinate with other departments (i.e. Security, Housekeeping) to ensure quality service is provided to all guests.
Directs and ensures the efficient administration and management of the Human Resources function to include recruiting, training, wage and benefit administration, compliance with statutory requirements and the execution of associate relations activities, in order to provide each department with the personnel, guidance, and support necessary to achieve their guest service and business objectives.

The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Corporate Human Resources function with coordination of key HR initiatives/events and the administrative support of day-to-day HR operations. The Human Resources Coordinator is also the lead point of contact for the smooth operation of the corporate office location including but not limited to: ordering and maintaining office supplies inventory, receiving mail and packages, main point of contact for building management, office equipment and other vendors while ensuring that office is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
