The Task Force Director of Finance is responsible for day to day accounting, forecasting accuracy, and budgeting of assigned HEI assets. Accountable for the month-end close process, balance sheet reconciliation, process improvement, and the control environment of each assigned hotel. The Transition Director of Finance is responsible for the successful onboarding and roll out of HEI initiatives and directives to newly managed HEI hotels as well as filling in at properties to assist in any gaps of management coverage. Responsible for soliciting new catering sales accounts, entertaining, and maintaining relationships with existing accounts to meet and exceed revenue goals in food, beverage and room rental segments.
