Assist Stewarding Supervisor and Restaurant Outlets in the cleaning and organizing of the Food and Beverage Outlets.

Implements and monitors all related SOP’s, Mission Vision and Values in a courteous and restrained manner in coping with emergencies, undesired conduct, disturbances and threats.
Pay Rate: $20/hourly
Plan and manage the kitchen staff in the procurement, production, preparation and presentation of all food for the hotel in a safe, sanitary work environment which conforms to all standards and regulations and achieves profitable, competitive, quality products.
Must be availabe from 5-12pm AND 3pm-11pm based on the hotel's occupancy
Maintain the building to ensure safe and clean experience for hotel guests, associates and vendors. Provide Housekeeping Team direction and support.

Responsible for soliciting new group sales accounts, entertaining, and maintaining relationships with existing accounts to meet and exceed revenue goals in rooms, food, beverage, and room rental.

As a member of the Central Accounting Office, the Centralized Controller is responsible for all aspects of financial management, financial control, accounting and financial reporting for assigned hotels. In addition, the Controller is ultimately responsible for making month-end accruals, posting payroll, and ensuring the financials are ready for review by the Regional Director of Finance. The Centralized Controller will prepare a large majority of the balance sheet reconciliations for the assigned assets once the month-end close process is completed.
Assist the Outlet Manager and Restaurant Servers in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, as well as providing guests stellar service.

You will Supervise, train, schedule and evaluate Bell Persons, Door Persons and Drivers ensuring that all procedures are performed to the hotel's standards. You will lead the team as the first impression for our guests as we assist them as they arrive to our beautiful resort and help make their stay memorable as they depart.
