We are looking for a customer service professional to join our team at the beautiful Westin Cleveland Downtown! This position will champion Marriott brand standards and facilitate guest expectations. As a Guest Service Coordinator you will support the Front Office in providing superior guest service by fielding all guest issues and requests received by telephone with the goal of addressing and resolving any problems in an efficient and timely manner.
As a night auditor you are the main point of contact for our guests during the evening hours. You will also coordinate with other departments (i.e. Security, Housekeeping) to ensure quality service is provided to all guests as well as perform the night audit operations to ensure the maintenance of financial controls, and compliance with hotel standards.
Assist guests with arrival and departure from hotel, while providing positive guests experiences.
Serve guests in hospitable manner to ensure positive guest experience.
Assist guests during the reservation process.

Conduct day to day operation of the Human Resources department which includes: Greeting internal and external guests to the Human Resources department, administer company benefits programs, conducting enrollments, answering questions and troubleshooting problems.
Supervises and directs the financial activities of the hotel, safeguards the assets, and prepares all financial reports in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and HEI Hotels and Resorts Standards.
Provide guests with nail treatments as advertised by the spa and excellent guest service to support the property as well as the brand positioning.
Coordinate with various departments on incoming groups and ensure accuracy of group billing in accordance with HEI standards.
This is an entry level accounting position.

Assist the Front Office Manager in managing the Front Office operations to achieve customer satisfaction, quality service and compliance with corporate/franchise policies and procedures while meeting/exceeding financial goals. Ensure that the arrival, departure, and any other guest contact experience are conducted in an efficient and friendly manner.
To ensure Housekeeping Department cleans and maintains guest rooms and public space in accordance with client/guest expectations and HEI Standards of Product and Service.
Maintain all building related systems and the building envelop to ensure the safety of hotel guests, associates and vendors. Ensure compliance with company Engineering Assumptions/Culture, preventative maintenance programs and procedures, Standard Operating Procedures, Mission Vision and Values as well as all Building/Fire/Health Department codes. Maintain building complex as energy efficiency as possible constantly looking for ways to save energy.
Oversees the Front Office/Guest Services Department. This position acts as a liaison to outsource the Front Office Management and all aspect of Front Office Operations to ensure profitability, cost controls, and quality standards to ensure total guest satisfaction. Provides leadership and guidance to all Front of House team members to ensure consistent quality service is provided to our guests.
Supervise the daily operations of the Banquet area to achieve customer satisfaction, quality service and compliance with local and corporate standard operating procedures. Banquet Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the Banquet area. May be involved in the budgeting process and monitoring of daily revenues and payroll expenses.
Prepare food of consistent quality and assist in kitchen functions.
Plan and manage the kitchen staff in the procurement, production, preparation and presentation of all food for the hotel in a safe, sanitary work environment which conforms to all standards and regulations and achieves profitable, competitive, quality products. This role will be starting out at 95,000 per year.
