Ensure guest service standards of the guest arrival, departure, and any other guest contact experience are met through optimal training, staffing, and supervision of labor, efficient management of operating supplies, and proactive monitoring of guest service scores and comments.
Maintain all building related systems and the building envelop to ensure the safety of hotel guests, associates and vendors. Ensure compliance with company Engineering Assumptions/Culture, preventative maintenance programs and procedures, Standard Operating Procedures, Mission Vision and Values as well as all Building/Fire/Health Department codes. Maintain building complex as energy efficiency as possible constantly looking for ways to save energy.

Maintain the building to ensure safe and clean experience for hotel guests, associates and vendors.
Manage accounts to achieve guest satisfaction and to solicit past and new business to ensure all revenue goals are achieved or exceeded. Responsible for soliciting new group sales accounts, entertaining, and maintaining relationships with existing accounts to meet and exceed revenue goals in rooms, food, beverage, and room rental.
Greet and check in guests, provide prompt and courteous service, and close out guest accounts upon completion of services to meet brand standards of quality.
The host or hostess is the critical first impression of the restaurant, and therefore is empowered to create memorable guest experiences.
Prepare food of consistent quality and assist in kitchen functions.
Support the Front Office in providing superior guest service by fielding all guest issues and requests received by telephone with the goal of addressing and resolving any problems in an efficient and timely manner.

Perform the night audit operations to ensure the maintenance of financial controls, and compliance with hotel standards. Coordinate with other departments (i.e. Security, Housekeeping) to ensure quality service is provided to all guests.
Assist guests with their food and beverage needs while on property, this position will require you to serve for 3 shifts and cook for 2 shifts.
This position pays $20 per hour, plus tips during the days you serve.
A Lifeguard is a crticial position at the resort as they are vital to ensuring the safety of our guests, their families, and anyone that visits our waterpark attractions. Lifeguards are trained to respond and ensure all guests enjoy a safe and fun environment.
