Maintain building complex as energy efficiency as possible constantly looking for ways to save energy.

Directs and ensures the efficient administration and management of the Human Resources function to include recruiting, training, wage and benefit administration, compliance with statutory requirements and the execution of associate relations activities, in order to provide each department with the personnel, guidance, and support necessary to achieve their guest service and business objectives.  The annualized salary range for this position is $140,000 to $160,000; compensation will vary based on experience and qualifications. 

Optimize the hotel's Room and Catering revenue by working closely with the General Manager, Director of Sales and Front Office Manager to implement strategies. Monitor all distribution channels to ensure effective selling through inventory management, market mix and pricing. Communicates demand patterns to revenue team and assists with forecasting. Helps set strategies leading to increased market share.
