The Task Force Director of Finance is responsible for the successful onboarding and roll out of HEI initiatives and directives to newly managed HEI hotels as well as filling in at properties to assist in any gaps of management coverage. Supervises and directs the financial activities of the hotel, safeguards the assets, and prepares all financial reports in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and HEI Hotels and Resorts Standards.
Maintain all building related systems and the building envelop to ensure the safety of hotel guests, associates and vendors. Ensure compliance with company Engineering Assumptions/Culture, preventative maintenance programs and procedures, Standard Operating Procedures, Mission Vision and Values as well as all Building/Fire/Health Department codes. Maintain building complex as energy efficiency as possible constantly looking for ways to save energy.
Perform the night audit operations to ensure the maintenance of financial controls, and compliance with hotel standards. Coordinate with other departments (i.e. Security, Housekeeping) to ensure quality service is provided to all guests.

Assist Banquet Manager in the serving of guests during banquet functions to ensure positive guest experience.
Manage accounts to achieve guest satisfaction and to solicit past and new business to ensure all revenue goals are achieved or exceeded. Responsible for soliciting new group sales accounts, entertaining, and maintaining relationships with existing accounts to meet and exceed revenue goals in rooms, food, beverage, and room rental.
Assist guests with arrival and departure from spa, while providing positive guests experiences. Assure cleanliness of Spa Locker Rooms, Relaxation Area, and Pool Area. Make sure there is a sufficient amount of clean towels, robes and sheets.
Plan and manage the kitchen staff in the procurement, production, preparation and presentation of all food for the hotel in a safe, sanitary work environment which conforms to all standards and regulations and achieves profitable, competitive, quality products.
Salary Range - $85,000 - $95,000
Manage all in bound new group LEAD flow for selected Centralized Hotels. Responsible for achieving or exceeding LEAD closure goals, transactional goals and requested activities, as set by the Corporate Director of Sales (Centralized). Accountable to follow up efficiently to close business, and maintaining relationships to meet and exceed revenue goals in rooms, food, beverage, room rental and any other relevant fees. The ability to review, evaluate and execute all opportunities in partnership with the Centralized revenue team and in conjunction with the Rapid Response Lead Team.
