As an operations manager, you would be responsible for the day to day operations of the hotel, including managing staff, customer satisfaction and quality standards. The Operations Manager will oversee many departments, including Food and Beverage, Front Office, and Housekeeping. Their goal is to ensure that guests have an excellent experience and that the hotel runs smoothly. To ensure the Housekeeping Department cleans and maintains guest rooms and public space in accordance with client/guest expectations and HEI Standards of Product and Service. Assist the Assistant Front Office Managers in managing the Front Office operations to achieve customer satisfaction, quality service and compliance with corporate/franchise policies and procedures while meeting/exceeding financial goals. Plan and manage the Restaurant, Room Service and other food and beverage outlets as appropriate in order to achieve customer satisfaction, quality service, compliance with corporate/franchise policies and procedures and federal, state and local regulations while meeting/exceeding financial goals.
This position is TEMPORARY, needed due to HIGH OCCUPANCY SEASON.
Salary: $60K-$70K
