Assist Stewarding Supervisor and Restaurant Outlets in the cleaning and organizing of the Food and Beverage Outlets.

• Maintain cleanliness of all Kitchens
• Clean all silverware, flatware and all glassware for restaurant outlets and banquet functions while keeping up with restaurant flow
• Responsible for scrubbing and cleaning of all pots and pans used in the kitchens
• Responsible for putting all kitchenware, utensils, pots, pans, and miscellaneous kitchen items back in the appropriate storage space clean and in an organized manner so kitchens can operate in an organized fashion
• Make sure all ware washing machines are operating correctly and that all soap and chemicals are stocked to par
• Help sort all silverware into proper storage receptacles
• Responsible for breaking down and cleaning all dish machines at appropriate intervals and on final breakdown at close of kitchen
• Sweep and mop all kitchen areas
• Make sure all dish machines are operating at proper temperatures
• Remove trash from all kitchens and re line all trash cans. Maintain trash collection areas and keep clean and floors tidy
• Keep loading dock and dumpster areas clean as well as trash bins
• Follow all other duties of the stewarding checklist
• Drain and clean fryers for chefs when assigned
• Help with deep cleaning tasks as assigned by chefs during slow periods
• Help maintain overall cleanliness of the culinary operation while following all procedures of stewarding training guide.
• Follow closing guides to properly shut down equipment and kitchens
• Perform any other job related duties assigned by the chef, restaurant managers and/or sous chefs

• Must be punctual and available to work for ALL scheduled shifts
• Must be a team player and work with a smile
• Ability to lift 50lbs in your daily job duties
• Show up for shift in supplied uniform ready to work 5 min before shift starts.
• Must be a team player and considerate to all coworkers
• Experience is welcomed but not required
• Agree and adhere to all policies and procedures
